On April 11th-12th, 2019, the GLi (Gemeinnützige Lebensmittelinitiative) Austria will be hosting the 5th Symposium for Food Safety together with Hygienicum in Graz. Renowned speakers will hold fascinating presentations on the topics of IFS, food hygiene, food risks, new technology, and new methods of recycling. Additionally, there will be six practical workshops on the topics of challenge tests, hygienic design, food fraud, company development, innovation management, and HACCP.
