May 21st is World Tea Day and we would like to use this opportunity to give you an insight into our analytical work on tea. We check the quality and safety and analyze, among other things, residues, contaminants, but also value-determining ingredients.

From May 18 - 19, 2022, we will be there together with nuTIQ and Hygienicum. This time the event will take place with the motto "Towards Green Deal".

Hamburg/Murcia, May 2nd, 2022. With the acquisition of the Spanish laboratory group Laboratorio Químico Microbiológico S.L. (LQM), GBA Group is expanding its European laboratory network in the food sector. The entry into one of Europe's most important food markets underscores GBA Group's commitment to supporting local and international customers with expertise and a high level of service directly in key source and sales markets.

Phosmet is used as an active ingredient in plant protection products and is used, for example, in the rapeseed harvest in Europe. While plant protection products containing Phosmet are already banned in Germany, this regulation will now apply throughout Europe from May 01, 2022. Plant protection products containing Phosmet will then no longer receive approval.

We are very pleased that today, 28.04.2022, we can once again host the Future Day in our laboratories. At our Hamburg headquarters, 10 girls and boys will gain real insights into the work of a laboratory and, together with our laboratory staff, will analyze cereal and drinking water samples.
