The GBA Group is pleased to announce that the GBA Gesellschaft für Bioanalytik mbH successfully passed the safety and environmental audit, DIN EN ISO 14001 and DIN ISO 45001, in 2021. This time, the Hamburg, Hildesheim and Hamelin sites were assessed.

As a result of the removal of VAT exemption for the importation of goods with a value not exceeding 22 EUR all commodity & test samples are subject to importation VAT. In addition, a formal customs declaration will be required for the import of your commodity & test samples into the EU.

GBA Pharma Labs ordered the laboratory furniture at our partner ZEFA Group for our new "state-of-the-art" building in Neuried, located in the west of Munich. Currently the furniture is produced in Italy and we are looking forward to the installation of the furniture in Q4/2021.

Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture BMEL has published the new German guidelines for bread and small bakery products. Newly recorded are pseudo cereals such as buckwheat, amaranth and quinoa, as well as special breads such as tortilla, baguette, ciabatta and bagel.

This year, we from LKF are honored to celebrate our 30th anniversary as a central laboratory specialized on international clinical trials. Started with a lab space of about 40 square meters and 2 employees in 1991 we have grown and developed to be a company of more than 3000 square meters and 130 employees meanwhile. With our network of cross-validated alliance labs located in the Americas and China, our global reach is almost complete.
