With close to 20 years of experience in phototoxicity studies in Balb/c 3T3 cells according OECD 432 and ICH S10 and under GLP, testing for cytotoxicity under irradiation is routine to ICCR. We also use 3D human skin models in phototoxicity tests under GLP to provide an additional option for testing of skin care formulations or pharmaceuticals for topical application.
