New maximum levels of ergot sclerotia and ergot alkaloids

New Regulation (EU) 2021/1399 amending Regulation (EC) No 1881/2006 as regards maximum levels of ergot sclerotia and ergot alkaloids in certain foodstuffs. These changes are effective from 2022. A sell-off period until best before date is granted. The analysis of ergot alkaloids is a qualified parameter of the GBA Group - Know what's inside.
