New maximum levels of tropane alkaloids

New Regulation (EU) 2021/1408 amending Regulation (EC) No. 1881/2006 as regards the maximum levels of tropane alkaloids in certain foodstuffs. These amendments will apply from 19.09.2021. A sell-by period will be granted for certain foodstuffs until the best before date. These are listed in the linked attachment. The determination of tropane alkaloids is a qualified parameter of the GBA Group - Know what's inside.
