As of September 2022, Alexander Kleinke takes over the responsibility as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the GBA Group and is in charge for all financial matters with focus on internationalization. He can draw on more than 20 years of experience in leading and developing finance departments and has worked in various industries during this time.

With the acquisition of the French company KaLy-Cell SAS (KaLy-Cell), GBA Group expands its European pharmaceutical network. This is an important milestone for the GBA Group to offer a comprehensive service portfolio for national and international customers along the development phases of new safe medicines as well as chemicals for cosmetic and crop protection applications.

GBA Group acquires Medical Device Services – Dr. Rossberger GmbH (MDS) in Gilching, Germany. With this acquisition, we significantly expand our service portfolio in the field of medical devices qualification and will provide our customers with access to an even broader portfolio of analyses.

The GBA Group is pleased to announce that the 2022 re-certification audit in the area of safety and environment has been successfully passed, according to DIN EN ISO 14001 and the DIN ISO 45001, for GBA Gesellschaft für Bioanalytik mbH. This time, the company's headquarters in Hamburg and its laboratory sites in Freiberg, Hamburg and Pinneberg, the latter with their new premises, were inspected.
