After the kick-off of the collaboration between Amedon, which is specialized in developing and delivering web-based solutions for clinical research, and LKF, the central laboratory for phase I - IV of clinical trials in northern Germany, the first results are visible.
Together Amedon and LKF have analyzed the relevant IT processes and data flows in the eCRF and developed solutions to make processes more secure, faster and more effective.

Dr. Sabine Gorynia takes over responsibility for the Pharmaceuticals business unit as of July 1st, 2022.

GBA Group Pharma has been under new management since July 1st. Dr. Sabine Gorynia joins GBA Holding GmbH as Managing Director and thus complements the GBA Group management team in an important position. Dr. Gorynia brings decisive qualifications to her new role.

Together we developed interfaces to offer combined solutions to clinical trials. The tracking solution developed by Amedon and LKF gives you absolute real time transparency. From the preparation of the lab kits at LKF, to the shipment of the samples up to the reporting, all parts can be viewed by you at any time.

The medium-sized companies Pharmacelsus and LKF – Central Laboratory have been part of the GBA Group for about four years and use the synergies of a large laboratory service provider.

Hygienicum, an institute of the GBA Group at the Graz site and a competence center for microbiology and molecular biology. The broad food and hygiene portfolio has now been expanded to include GMP testing. GMP-compliant infrastructure was created around an isolator for sterile testing and integrated into a QM system. Hygienicum thus joins the pharmaceutical sites of the GBA Group with microbiological testing facilities. The portfolio of the entire group ranges from clinical trial support and clinical testing laboratories to comprehensive chemical laboratory analysis.
