Microbiological testing and TOC determination - Now all from a single source

GBA Pharma GmbH Ulm, continues to expand the microbiology department with the acquisition of a new instrument, the "M9 Laboratory TOC Analyzer" from SUEZ Water Technologies & Solutions.

The company provides water determination services for pharmaceutical manufacturer, along with microbiological determination and testing for endotoxins. The new services include determinations of TOC (total organic carbon) according to US Pharmacopeia (USP) <643>, European Pharmacopeia (EP) 2.2.44 and Japanese Pharmacopoeia <2.59> for testing aqua purificata and aqua ad iniectabilia or special services such as pharmaceutical cleaning validation.

"With the acquisition of the TOC instrument, we are closing a gap in our pharmaceutical portfolio and now offer a complete package for testing of pharmaceutical water. This enables us to provide the customer with all tests centrally from one source.
