INTERNATIONAL DAY OF WOMEN AND GIRLS IN SCIENCE

The 7th annual International Day of Women and Girls in Science was established by the UNESCO in 2015 to recognizing that women and girls play a critical role in science and technology communities and that their participation should be strengthened.

At LKF – Laboratorium für Klinische Forschung, (member of GBA Group) we always believed in the principles of gender equality. It is a matter of course for us to ensure equal opportunities to our female employees.

Today, we are proud to celebrate this day together with you, our female leaders: Dr. Susanne Lühn (Head of Laboratory), Julia Schmidt (Head of Project Management), and Dr. Susanne Grohmann (Head of Quality Management) together with Fabienne Bormann (Head of Project Management, not represented in the picture).
