To address the growing importance of water, GBA has established the Water Business Line as an independent center of excellence. Here, we consolidate our technical expertise, laboratory services, and organizational processes related to water analysis across Germany and across all our locations. The goal is to better understand our customers’ needs and offer customized solutions from a single source.

Through the centralized planning and coordination of our samplers, who are regionally distributed throughout Germany, we can use resources efficiently, reduce travel distances, and at the same time make an active contribution to environmental protection. In doing so, our customers benefit from the strength of a nationwide network of specialized water laboratories and full-time, accredited samplers, without having to sacrifice personalized support.

Despite all the centralization, personalized customer service remains our top priority: Every customer has a dedicated point of contact who understands their needs, coordinates projects, and provides support throughout the entire process. This allows us to combine the efficiency of a Germany-wide organization with the personal touch and reliability of a regional partner.
