MDS - Change in the management

Effective March 1st, 2023, Dr. Timo Lebold and Felix Bunde have been appointed to the management of GBA Medical Device Services GmbH. By this, long-term experience in the medical device industry is combined with experience in business administration, strategic development, controlling, and project management.

About the new managers:

Having earned his Ph.D. in chemistry, Dr. Timo Lebold possesses long-term experience in the medical device industry. In his previous positions, he worked in the fields of research & development, regulatory affairs, medical device approval, and quality management. Most recently, as a manager at a medical device producer, he was responsible for quality management, regulatory affairs, and compliance.

Felix Bunde has a profile that complements Dr. Lebold’s, contributing to the management team with his experience in business administration, strategic development, controlling, and project management.

Dr. Timo Lebold says this about his appointment to the management: “I got to know MDS from the perspective of a customer, recognizing them as an outstanding service provider with strong technical expertise. What does that mean for you?

As your expert partner, GBA Medical Device Services GmbH will continue to provide you with comprehensive laboratory services for all of your needs relating to the biological safety of medical devices (including the fields of product and production hygiene, purity, packaging, sterilization, biocompatibility, and processing).

Dr. Lebold and Mr. Bunde will further support the growth of GBA Medical Device Services GmbH. We are looking forward to continuing to provide you with the high-quality service that defines us here at MDS.

In terms of the daily business operations, nothing has changed for you. Your main contacts here, Ms. Marianne Mast, Dr. Madlon Timme, Ms. Anke Warschkow, and Mr. Klaus Frösel, as well as our experienced test managers, will still be available to assist you as always.

Test reports as well as other official documents will be updated successively. There is no need to adapt the contracts.
